What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Yes, we want to protect and respect your time, so we never overbook, and our team reserves your appointment time for just you.
We still pay our dedicated medical team, even if patients cancel last minute. As a result, patients are billed for late cancellations and no show appointments. You’ll need to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance:
- For the first 50 minute appointment, if canceled with less than 24 hours notice or the patient does not attend the appointment, patients must pay a $89 cancellation fee
- For all follow up 20 minute appointments, if canceled within 24 hours or the patient does not attend the appointment, there is a $89 additional fee for the missed appointment in addition to the monthly membership fee.
- For completion of extensive paperwork (such as disability packets), patients are billed for the time spent completing the paperwork
